it is generally accepted that 'hockey' refers to 'ice hockey' unless specified otherwise.

Well for us hockey on its own usually means field/ground hockey whilst if you're talking about ice hockey you say ice hockey

And I think there was something called roller hockey or someshit, where they play on rollerblades. That's the shit right there
