The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is withholding the names of the parents to protect the identity of the daughter.

Warrants allege the mother did nothing to stop the assaults on her daughter, telling her to “just lay there and do it,” when the girl refused to have sex with her father.

The warrants said the father punished the girl to make her comply, using his “parental authority to make the victim stand upright in the middle of the room until 3 a.m. when the victim grew tired and relented.”

I wish you guys knew the kind of people that live in Clayton County. I have been to a lot of shit places in this country, and Clayton County could easily be the worst. They had troubles with their public schools staying accredited just last year, for starters. The county is run by a bunch of fucking retards.

Maximum possible sentience is 24 years IIRC . "Normal" rapists are usually out in 4-6 years anyway.

Dying is one thing, but that little girl is going to have problems for the rest of her life.

Edit: Thats why rapist are worse than murderers, their crime continues to hurt long after it has happened. When your dead, you really don't have too much to worry about.

But they are not the victim. Death leaves a void, but rape, especially at that age, will leave scars that will haunt her for the rest of her life. She will have major issues and have a hard time leading a productive life because of the need for major counseling.
