The maximum weight for a letter to be sent in the US is 50G. CD's are 15. Can I suggest you wrap the CD in glad wrap/cling film
And include a small piece of paper with the CD key?

If you have played the Fallout series or Jagged Alliance series and like them, I highly recommend Silent Storm. It really is an underrated game and it has great graphics, gameplay, and plenty of mods.
