Yeah, PSU, HDD(s) and mobo are also all likely candidates.
I think I got that error a few weeks ago. Try switching your RAM sticks around.

Maybe if you have another pc you could take out components of "fail"pc and put it in that pc and test them one at a time(just with RAm,just HDD,just PSU...)
