Will you be watching? Do you consider it important?

Tomorrow is my first day of classes this semester. I have a Philosophy class from 11:00 to 12:30, during the Inauguration. I know I could watch a recording later, but I'd rather see it live. Think the teacher will understand?

(I don't go to a large university where I can skip and go unnoticed, especially the first day. If I miss more than 3 days of a class at my school it results in automatic failure)

Haha, no. I usually never miss my classes... I'm just trying to justify not going for this! If it were any other day than the first day of the class I probably would without hesitation for something like this, but I dunno
