seriously, one of the best things i have ever seen.
they cost like a dollar a piece and they are fucking great....especially since i hate cooking and all you do is add a 1/2 cup of water, and then stick it in the microwave for 45 seconds.

AND i fucking love stuffing. win/win.

stuffing is good in turkeys, never had it by itself. somehow i doubt it's the healthiest or even tastiest thing. just add water and heat? almost sounds like a chia pet.

sodium doesnt have shit to do with weight my dear. i dunno, i have always done low sodium because my dad died of a heart attack when i was 10. plus my uncle has one like everyday it seems...lol.

I don't think so. It just makes you hungry in about 30 minutes. That's why cheap Chinese food never satiates.

High sodium intake has been linked to increased blood pressure and I think heart disease as well.

Sodium, which Mono-Sodium-Glutamate (MSG), obviously has in it, has been linked to hypertension, which can lead on to a heart attack, or other heart problems.

The taste of MSG is still unique though, and that's reason enough for me to continue eating stuff containing it.

msg is why youre so thirsty after bad chinese food. basically its a super sodium, adds a lot of flavor for a small amount. the concentrated 3X version of salt.
