i have special forces.. and whenever i get a rank upgrade i only get one unlock and can only choose from the bf2 weapons... according to everyone else i should be able to choose pretty much everything but the f2000.... whats going on?!?!!?!?!??!?!!!!!???!?!

From your stats, it seems that you haven't even played SF yet. Go join and some SF maps and kill some people.
You should get the unlocks once you've played for awhile on SF.
