What's with all the Whisky? After a good dinner it is cognac all the way, preferably in combination with a fine cigar. Still I think drinks, like coffee are really something for after dessert (you people just think too much within a three course frame).
I wouldn't know a single favourite dessert though. Icecream with warm rum-apple-raisin is nice as is chestnut "gateaux" and creme brulee.

Watermelon Roll ice cream easily. The white outter edge is lemon sherbet and the red inside is watermelon sherbet with chocolate chips in it to act as the seeds. It's delicious.
