I had to . What is crunchy? If you mean the steak my daughter will only eat it that way. She also destroys it with A-1.

On the contrary, crab is very soft and tender. Unless you eat the shell, which is... stupid

@Kmarion's Lean Mean table grill machine thing: pffff, that's cheating. Use a real grill or oven

It's surf n turf. Purty common dish 'round here.

Making a salad, boiling some crab, steaming broccoli, sauteing scallops, aaaad cooking steak. I usually do grill though. We had a nasty storm come through. So your going to have to give me a break on that one. http://www2.tbo.com/content/2009/jun/17 … ews-metro/

And soft shell crabs are pretty good also.

I used the left overs to make stuff portabellas and kabobs tonight. Too damn tired to put any effort in to photography tbfo. But I did snap a couple.
