By the way speaking of fiber. Dewds.. If you have ever upped your fiber intake you will be able to relate to this. I was in a meeting for two hours today. I had a bunch of Real estate hot shot (very professional/older) people around me. The room was small and it took everything I had not to destroy them. I eat too; i fix myself something to eat, sit infront of the monitor and browse flickr food pics and then imagine i eat whats on the photos. Works pretty well and I don't spend much time and money on making food
