Al right my brother gave me an Adam Smith audio book on cd, I've ripped it too itunes and that. The thing is when I transfer it, it's recognised as a music track and shit instead of an audiobook. Is there a way to fix this?

Mainly because I don't want to keep skipping audiobook tracks when I'm looking to listen to music.

I don't think so. But I would recommend arranging your play lists to keep the audio book automatically out. Instead of playing directly from your library on the device, move all your MUSIC to a central playlist. You can even set your audio book up with the genre "Audio Book" and then create a Smart Playlist in iTunes that will add any music to that play list that does NOT have the genre "Audio Book".
