Sounds like either heat rash, or where some equipment rubbed you (weight bar doing squats, etc.)
I'm actually really really pale(white) and my skin is sensitive.. When I go work out I wear the clothing that pulls the sweat away, these clothing have holes in them. When I lift heavy weights and all the compined weight is on a part of my body I get this.trex1210 wrote:
