I use my ring finger to hit Z to prone and index finger to hit x to throw smoke when driving. Index finger does all the work on the right side of the keybard, pinky does shift and ctrl

It's very similar to typing in my opinion, hence, why I use the efficient setup that nearly identical to the standard typing one. It just doesn't make sense to use two entirely different setups for using your keyboard. You're a slave to the control key, shifting your entire hand over just because people put it as default. Break free from your CTRL masters!

I've tried nearly all of the descriptions that have come into this thread, too, haffey. I don't suppose anyone is going to change now, since they've gotten here with what they're used to.

Mine has never been cleaned. I've had it for about 2.5 years. I rarely use my desktop anymore, so it just sits there collecting dust. Once a good game comes out, I'll probably clean it up a little.

I guess I am a weird freak because I have used the arrow keys and surrounding keys for as long as I can remember. The whole wasd or whatever thing just doesn't seem comfortable to me. I'v always used the arrow keys without any issues and I've done quite well I think.
