Being a Utd fan, I actually agree with this. Villa have had an amazing turnaround, and their players are some of the most motivated out there, given their pricetags. Their games are always exciting to watch. O'Neill really is a fantastic manager, considering where they were when he took them over the other year. Similar to Everton, but unlike Everton who were pushing for that 4/5/6 place the other year, Villa have kept up their form whilst Everton have stumbled somewhat.Kptk92 wrote:

He's also been given time...and its worked wonders for Villa. Shame the "big clubs" cant seem to accept a year or so without a trophy only to sack manager after manager...
Its nice to see a team be successful without pumping in billions of pounds to make up a "dreamteam", even if, it appears, that they cant play together (take Chavski and City now ) and get 3 successive manager fired
The thing that's great with Villa is the amount of English players they have, really good prospect for the national team. Finally can get rid of the lame hasbeens of yesteryears...
