i've got about 1500 last count, with about 400 here at uni with me.

It is of Günther. I got it when I was like 12.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

I've got at least 1K. 400+ of reggae, 400+ of hip-hop, and at least 2-300 of other stuff (classical, rock, jazz, etc). It sucks having books and books of cds, I just haven't gotten around to ripping them all.

That's not the point, the point is having 5 albums in FLAC doesn't make you an audiophile, lulz

btw I just downloaded the entire discography of Cannibal Corpse in FLAC format, can I pretend to be an audiophile too?
