Right, you mean the things that aren't connected to any components and aren't grounded to the PSU wall?

Oh, well those don't really matter.

The fuck... look at the pic where pci cards are touching metal and it goes to the ground

It doesn't matter, grounding aside from the grounding from the ATX cables is unnecessary.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

The PCI brace is made from an opaque plastic. The metal supports (edit: I'm not quite sure if even these are metal. The description says that the bench is made of "high grade polymers" and the only metal components are the screws and L braces)  between the two levels do not touch the PSU and are not grounded. The bases are made of plastic and the only other metal components are L braces with do not touch the PSU.

Eh, a grounded case makes it easy to get rid of static electricity. Just tap the side of it. With the HSPC, you've got to hit the PSU explicitly, but that's not big deal.
