I was gonna make my own thread but I guess htis would probably be better.

I love spicy foods/sauces. The hotter the better. Only problem is that in the last 24 months or so, my body hast started not liking it. I still enjoy eating it, and I still tolerate the passing of it. The problem the part between the warm burn in my stomach to the burn at my ring-hole.

It just plays havoc with my guts. Feels like I have diarrhoea, but I don't. I can't ever remembering having this problem, so maybe it's just something that changes as you get older. Is there anyway to tame this without having to go super mild? I tried having a thickshake last night the same time I was eating so it went through the system together, and while it hasn't been as bad as before it is still quite painful.
