Pancake day!

Had some in Mc'ds this morning. I wont be making them this year in the past before me and the ex split up I would spend about 2-3 hours making them and its just too much effort Im afraid. Buy the ready made ones in the supermarket, 10 for £1, add butter and place them in a hot frying pan and turn after 1min, pop onto a plate, pour syrup over them and eat.

1 Egg.
1 Cup SR Flour
1 Cup Milk

Mix it up till all the lumps are gone, pour from a spoon onto a low heat pan and spread batter, wait 30 seconds, flip, wait 20 seconds, pancake done.

And FTR it took me about 25 minutes to make 10 pancakes this morning, from getting into the kitchen to having the place cleared up.

on Average if you eat 5 each (12") thats about 25 pancakes. I would of made the batter from fresh and poured syrup/sugar n lemon in them as I was taking them from pan to plate.
