Would this reliably be able to output 1080P?

How about this one?

Also, would it be worth it buying a SATA card, BluRay Drive, and about a 1TB HDD if it could play 1080P?

as max says you will usually need a dule core AMD @ 2.5 to play 1080p reliably and a 6600GT isent the best card for the job

Yep, my pops has a 800MHZ P3 and a 9250 playing 720P, just fine.
