Sounds good. When I was in construction pay hit probably about $16 USD (Aussie dollar was worth about 90 US cents at the time) an hour, with at least 10 hours a day. That was during the mineral boom in a mining town though. The company I worked for is almost dead now.

I've had my current job as a service desk monkey for a year now. Another job I had for 5 years (longest I ever had the same job ) was for a hockey team in Helsinki, but I didn't even get paid for it. It had its perks. Saw games, met players, got drunk with players, got some hockey gear and so on. I quit after the last season that ended a few weeks ago for my team. Sadly it takes too much of my free of charge time Wish they would sign me up for work for real.

Ohhh, but I did work Sundays and was casual so got +95% in penalties. But then again my base rate was also only 90% of 'adult' minimum wage.
