I saw this in a magazine and this may make me jump into the whole netbook idea. A tablet netbook with touchscreen. Estimated price around $500, for the base model of course.
Intel Atom 1.3g, 32g SSD, and 1 gig of Memory

See that is where you get stuck on, but it is still a computer with the option to use a touchscreen or use is simply as a laptop. An all around win.

I'd buy it, if you can. The only thing that would be a deal breaker for me would be lack of internal 3G.

If it's got decent tablet features (a la Cintiq), it's gonna be a hit.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
