Time and patience cat. Once that crap sets into your chest and or head, it takes a ton to break it loose and get it gone. I feel for you, I have nasty sinus issues meself.
Well, if you have a sore throat from coughing so much gargle warm salt water every 2 hours. It helps with the pain quite nicely, no idea why though, just an old wives trick I guess.

Well i did and the doc says i have to take some pills, and plus i have to rest alot.
The cough is now easing up, not as much as yesterday and the day before, but it still is killing me.
I guess i will just have to wait.

take the pills, get rest and drink tonic water shit is like elixir of life I had mad bronchitis before started drinking that and it helped the coughing
