My cousins have a farmhouse near Manchester bigger than that.
Then again they are renting a quarry and a public road to the Govt. there so they are pretty much set for life.

If its in the area (and theres a shit load of mansions around there!), then chances are the images are out of date as its in the sticks: just like my town has photos from 3 years ago (can tell by the colours of the cars )
