I was talking with some friends and this question came up:
You have a house and in the front of it is a busy street. The front wall of your house has a big window on it, which people on the street can easily see through. If you were to get completely naked and either a) jack off blatantly or b) have sex directly in the window, would that be legal?
I can understand that it is in your own home and all that, but i mean, there has to be a law against that? My friends said its legal, i said its illegal in some way. I thought of it in this situation: You own a house across from an elementary school, you have a big window on the front of your house in which you masturbate vigorously everyday during the recess of all the kids. A cop drives by and sees you doing this across from the kids, some kids watching, laughing, etc. Does he do nothing?
