my bad, but you can get an OUI on a lawnmower

on second thought, you cant smoke weed in your own house. So maybe you can't drive a lawnmower while intoxicated on your own property

Just like you can get a public intoxication charge if you are in your front yard if your outta control. He crashed and emergency personnel where contacted, opening his property to the police.

All he is doing is wasting tax payer money by going to a jury trial, if you can get a DWI/DUI on a bike or a horse, this thing qualifies.
