I've never done or tried this before, but I'm wondering if there's any way to burn a disc from the outside in, or to somehow add dummy data that will be burned first so that the real stuff gets burned on the outside.

I'm burning some backups of legally owned/purchased PS2 games, and I've noticed that there are some screwups when the data doesn't take up the whole disc, so the import stuff gets burned on the inside, and thus reads a little bit slower, which leads to FMVs stuttering, longer load times, etc.

1. Find random large file on your computer of approximate desired size
2. Burn said file to disc first
3. ????
4. Profit!
