So I was reading this article: Sony patents PSP-controlled spy car and thinking to myself, how long before thieves create PSP controlled Robots that could mug you?

I mean you put a gun or taser on the top of a robot with a small basket.  Let loose and find an unsuspecting victum while controlling it safely from your PSP from a safe distance.

What's the ROI (Return On Investment), for something like this?

Be pretty hard to hit somebody with a robot like that unless you put a crapload more money in than it was worth.

Lure person into alley with helicopter noise.
Taze person in alley with helicopter.
Get out of the nearby car you were in, collect victim's valuables and Helicopter.

Besides with this you could hit someone with a Taser 150 meters, yes 150 meters away:
