Mine died three times, but BFG Tech covered it all the way up to the point where they closed.

What the heck is wrong with 480 SLI? I'd take it over my solo 9600M GT any day. Upper-end NVIDIA cards are usually loud and hot; just be prepared for it and you're fine.
