Army wise it says 30 SAS and like 32 Insurgent but I have the Insurgent and not the SAS...

you havent played "Night Flight" you need to play all maps for the SAS, then again i cant understand why you have the Insurgent ribbon (since you must play the night flight-map to get it...)
but try playing night flight for a few rounds and the SAS-ribbon should pop up!
