I know theres a bunch of sites online like photoshop that allow you to edit images without installs. But I can't remember any names, I need to resize a 2024 image to 1024 coz the uni graphics cards cant use textures that large. Any help?!
Is office installed? If so, try Microsoft Office Document Image Viewer or Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
