I am not affiliated with these guys in any way, but there is a new UK based AF/EF server, goes by the name of Candys Armored Fury. I was playing there today and had a blast. Rules are pretty minimal, nothing too draconian, just no baserape and possibly no seatswitching (not sure about the second one).

Not sure what the IP is, but just do a search for it. It seems to become active at some point most days and if more players show up maybe it will stay active for longer.
