I feel like that every time I hit someone in mid air

I've only done it like twice.

But I suck at TF2, and that is a story for another time.

Btw, when I meant homing, I meant like on Unreal Tourament, it guides very loosly and is easily evaded.

Homing = easier for nubs, whilst low damage means they can't really kill anyone, and slower reload means the 'pros' will stick to the defualt launcher, which they'd do anyway.

I play Soldier as a match-class, 'impressive' looking airshots are nifty tricks but after the first 50 or so hours of BBall I got incredibly bored... air-shots and the special tricks are flashy but no use. I rock solly, and rock you.

The aircontrol is determined by the player-ability... not the rocket. Why don't you get "100% aircontrol" now? Or do you mean a rocket that would let you glide through the air more 'naturally'? That would be a terribad introduction, in my opinion.

Make it like sv_aircontrol 100 for only the soldier for the duration of that rocketjump with that rocket launcher. Would be funny to see a soldier weaving through enemy fire with ease.

I love the current feeling of steering through the air. Something about it makes you feel really.. in control.

But being able to move as if you were on the ground is something completely different . I'd like to try it out certainly.

The only time I go Soldier is when multiple people on the other team decide that being a faggot is important, and so switch to Scout.

Natasha, Force of Nature, Sandman, Razorback, Backburner...off the top of my head.

FaN just emphasizes the scout being hit and run along with the fact that you have to be pretty close to get the insta-kills on most classes with the FaN. Seems harder to use effectively, not easier, than the stock gun.

Razorback is useless (revolver ambassador > battlements retard). Then again the SMG isn't that useful. Sandman... Well, I rarely see that used, if at all. Guess all the nubs love it so much they don't use it.

Backburner = dead if any class catches you in the open barring perhaps the sniper or engy. Requires you to ambush people. Not easy on a stock valve map because everybody knows where everybody else/should be is for the most part. I basically only play stock valve maps/the community maps included with the patches. So I get a lot of laughs exploding pyros who can't use ab.

Using Natasha is stupid. I'd rather kill things faster than slow them down. Again, seems harder to use tbh, not easier.

i agree with the FaN. i do use it myself, and it allows one pretty much guaranteed kill on anyone but a demo, soldier, heavy, and sometimes a pyro. the thing is, it's just ONE kill. if the rest of your team is there then i'll be dead before i can even get the 2nd shot off. if they're not, well, you deserve to die because you should stay with the team. a lot of people hate the FaN and say it sucks anyway, but you really have to get as close as possible and wait between shots. meh.

i agree with natasha as well. annoying, but useless.

i love using the sandman and usually end up saving my own or other people's lives. whether it be stunning an obvious spy (about to stab a teammate) that i can't get to in time, stunning an ubered pair, or stunning that pyro that's chasing after me, it's just useful. i know it's annoying, but it's useful. at least they implemented a recharge timer. back when the scout update just came out, everyone on the server was using the sandman and i just ragequit every time.

Whereas it's completely normal to go out your way to download a custom-script and always make sure it's running... just because the unlocks are THAT important.

I'll say it clearer this time: I went to no effort to get this. There I was, browsing a website, when this program showed up. It took me 3 clicks to get it working, no further effort required. And here you are saying "haha you idiot you care so much about unlocks you went to all this effort to get them bahahaha"
