I don't know how Tampa Bay does it, but what I've seen is that the gloves come off by default. The shirt is pulled up by the opponent to limit the movement of his arms.Kmarion wrote:

Exactly.. or from what I've seen irl over the head (no vision). That is why you grab tight to the collar of your opponent and swing at your hand.
