Well it doesn't have to be similar to Moby as an artist.

I'm just looking for songs with that type of feel.

Check out "Faunts". It's a band I'm kind of exploring at the moment. The track you MIGHT have heard from them is "M4 Pt. 2" which was the song in the closing credits of "Mass Effect". It's hard to define what their music is; some of it would fit into what you're after but most probably wouldn't. The track I would recommend would probably be "Feel.Love.Thinking.Of", not sure how well that fits with what you're after though. A lot of Faunts music seems to be weird kind of electronic background music - "non-Reggae music to get baked to." Still they're not bad, check them out.

Another track I'll recommend even though it's not electronica:

I barely got into Mass Effect. General Protection Fault FTL.

Just a little too vocal-heavy for me though.

No one's mentioned Portishead?

tbh, I haven't heard much of their stuff so I can't give an opinion. But they fit in with the trip-hop stuff.
Also check out Fluke, but I think that's leading toward the more dancier side and not so much exactly what you're looking for.
