My step-brother passed his test a while ago and parents never had a problem with him transporting 4 people not including himself. I really think it's bollocks.

He's talking shit you can have as many passengers as the car is designed to carry. There were calls for a passenger limit to be introduced but, they haven't been passed.Finray wrote:
