I wish, that was the promise they gave but a lot of it came under the budget to build the whole thing. However, once the builders fuck off I'll pick up loads. Im still waiting for the wank's to ring me back and give me the go ahead on this. 2690 seat numbers fitted by Friday and they still dragging their heals. I hope the aint scracthing their arse's over the price, I'm making a good wedge on this but they just sold a player for £5m last week with about £3.5m upfront.Flecco wrote:
Doing the signs for a whole stadium must be a decent sized job tbh.1927 wrote:

I was in our brand new stadium yesterday, went in every room, well impressed. Don' t tell em but I hope to be making a shit load of wedge on the 1st job. The first game in it is this Saturday, ex players vs current players I think, not sure. Might just be ex players vs ex players.

Taken about 18 months I think. Knocking the old one down for housing (£9m)
Sell naming rights for (£9m)
Rest through sponsorship etc I think. Sold a huge part of land to retail units generating about £10m
Who the fuck has £9m to spend on naming it these days? Its called The Cardiff City Stadium anyway??
99 years we were in the old one and this one is based on Arsenal's Emirates stadium.
I went in The Warm up room (next to changing room where players can kick a ball around) might explain why Arsenal come out 100mph in home games and score a lot in the first 10mins.
