When I open the windows on my computer, all things are situated on the bottom of the page. The login screen in on the bottom user, all internet are at the bottom of the page, everything with any kind of scrolling is automatically at the bottom of the page, and I can't scroll up, because it just flashes the view when I try to. I can't even scroll in text to fix typos, I have to backspace all the way to the typo and retype it all.

Seems as though everything is on the last character of it. The process list in Task Manager was on the bottom as well.
HELP!!!

Unplug/plug your keyboard.
Try a different USB slot.
Try a different keyboard.

I don't have another wireless one, and the keyboard & mouse ports don't like to work anymore, so I have wireless USB mouse and keyboard.

I moved the keyboard off the desk, and it seems to work, not sure if it was that or my having just changed USB ports.

EDIT: It seems my dad plugged in the old wired keyboard, got it to work, then dumped it off to the side of the desk, and the down arrow was stuck by something on the floor.

EDIT 2: I have this wireless ergonomic keyboard from MS, and the Print Screen button doesn't work, it also says SysRq and Insert???
