Will there be a way to cheat to unlock both armor suits?
sounds like the same direction as the entire industry has been going for years.Aries_37 wrote:
Right I'm quite a bit into the game now and while it is fun there are loads of things which have gotten worse from ME1. It's quite bizarre why they would improve so many parts of the game only to screw up some of the best features from the first.
1. It's less RPG and more third person shooter. They scrapped the weapons/armour/ammo/weapon upgrade system from the first game. Now you get 1 pistol, which can be swapped out for 1 heavy pistol. You can buy blanket +10% damage upgrade to it every now and then. Same thing for all weapons.
2. No inventory or loot- no weapons to pick from means nothing to carry around. Dead bodies carry nothing but cash, and occasionally blueprints to research more generic upgrades. You don't even get EXP for killing enemies as far as i can tell.
3. While at the beginning I thought powers were good it's quickly becoming apparent that the best tactic is still to sit behind a wall and shoot Gears of War style.
4. That skill tree doesn't seem like it's going to expand. Every character has like 4-5 skills. The main character barely has more.
5. That stupid mission complete screen at the end of every mission.
It's a disappointment, mass effect 1 was probably one of the best shooter-RPGs in the last few years.
1. As much as I loved ME1, I'm not missing the inventory system. By God it was horrid, especially at the end of battles when you have to convert everything that you picked up into omni gel. It got way too cluttered sometimes.Miggle wrote:

2. Once you scan a weapon, you can pick it up in the armory before you start a mission. You don't actually pick it up and store it in your inventory. (Makes a bit of sense if you think about it. Commander Shepard can't carry 100 guns at the same time).
3. I play as the soldier most of the time, adept when im not. Gotta see if this is true.
4. The skill tree doesn't seem to expand or have more skills because compared to the first one, ME2 got rid of the weapon skills. that's why it seems...less. Bioware's logic behind it was why in god's name would an N7 marine need to train up weapons? I don't necessarily agree with this but it does make a bit of sense.
5. Agreed.

I think it should be easy to add through console commands,, otherwise it will be mod-able... unless it is tied up thight with cerberus network, then you need to haxxor it..GR34 wrote:

I think I´ma go with the Terminus Armor. It looks better.
And you get a gun with it.. derpSisco10 wrote:

What gun? The site states that there is only a bonus to magazines.FloppY_ wrote:

It's gonna be impossible to add it through console commands (probably) because the Armor suits will have to be downloaded with the single use code that you get for pre-ordering. That being said, It's DLC that is also tied to your bioware account so it is one use only.FloppY_ wrote:

That can't be right...the Terminus code includes the armor and Blackstorm. It's all one Code.Sisco10 wrote:

Well i've just found the one spammable power in this game- shockwave. It's ME's version of cone of frost.Rohirm wrote:

You do also get more skills; you can copy the unique ability from each of your recruited party members
