Put it on a public wishlist or something (a screenshot will do) with the parts, pricing etc. and post it here.

The "best" one is the one that I will consider buying very, very soon. Winner also gets karma.

www.directcanada.com is a better and cheaper canadian site... but thats a damn tight budget for a "good gaming rig".
and do you have any components you can reuse such as HDD and OS or case? and lol at karma bribe.

No OS, No HDD.
But I have everything else (KB/M, monitor, speakers).

Call this an adaptation of the "I can make a $450 gaming pc no problem at all"

Sure i can make one... but a good one... doubt it, def not one thats future proof at all.
especially if your paying for an OS... that takes at least a hundred bucks of... so really its build me a 350 buck good gaming machine...
