Just played the demo. I thought the first mafia was wank, but I'm loving how this game is looking. Now I just need to convince my dad to buy it cause I have no money

Demo was great, a few bugs, but to be expected. The driving is annoyingly unforgiving on the keyboard though.

One could take your argument, flip it around and say older multiplayer games live on life support and should just be allowed to die. Single player games don't die a 'horrible death' unless they're awful. Mafia II is not awful.

Just pre-ordered it. The first game I've bought on release since CoD:MW. Lets hope it's better than that..

So, going on a killing spree is far more fun than in GTAIV. Getting into a burgerplace, buying a hamburger and four beer, then shooting the old lady behind the counter to tickle the cops is mad fun. The great shootout that followed was awesome, ending with me raiding the register before stealing a bus and driving like a maniac through the city
The controls feel a bit sluggish though and often enough theres debris trapping you in annoying ways or positions. Being able to climb the roof of said bus but not onto other roofs from there was a slight turndown also. And the cop AI is non-existent.
Still, big fun while playing and there´s tits. Gonna get it.
