bf2 bug?

ive noticed some bug in bf2, it is next.

once i was driving tank and stepped on a AT mine.
i knew that is at mine but on the upper left of the screen it said
someone [HMWM] LuckyStrike1331

ofc HMWM should be humwe car.

there are other examples...
guy killed me with machine gun in a little building ant it said he killed me with l85a1.....

anyone knew for that bug?

if you drive over an AT mine while the person who put it down is in a vehicle, it says they killed you with the vehicle. same for a claymore too.

as far as the other one, it was probably a random bug, or maybe he switched to the l85 and u didnt notice.

anyway, welcome to bugfield 2.

^^ true.

Also there are a few random bugs for kill messages, including 'you were killed by...', even though you are still alive; or seeing artillery kill messages in IO servers.

im using a machinegun on the tank and guy makes a swis cheese of me with tank machinegun and it says i was killed by l85a1.

i think that is a bug....

lol i didnt know that there is 1.6 patch on its way...

and how many servers use patch 1.5 ?
is i t worth to install?

1.5 isn't out, 1.6 isnt even thought of yet (maybe), the bugs you see are either like some people say, or just game code errors, its nothing to worry about.
