You seem to be familiar with Vienna ... We were at the U6 station Neue Donau yesterday. On the otherside of the river bank is the Donauinsel (Danube Island; it's the artificial one). I haven't been up to the Alte Donau, yet. I've been hearing things that the city is trying to get people away from swimming there because apparently all the people in the water damages the water and ecosystem there (skin oils and such things), so I just went to the Neue Donau. The water was friggin cold, though, similar to a Sportbad. Cold as hell at first, but not too bad after a few minutes. Felt great in comparison to the temps we had yesterday, though.Sisco10 wrote:
