Its not that difficult to see his clothing, face, the way he carried himself, his language and his fighting style, and recognize that he is white trash. This was obviously done in America (and you live in Britain), so maybe you don't have a good sense of when someone is, but to an American resident, its exceedingly easy to.

We aren't idiots. We just have a better sense of judging people than you do.

Also, don't you think claiming we don't deserve a place on the social standings is a bit of an overreaction to what is merely a difference in perception?
