It's a bunch of behind the scenes and back-end updates coupled with a few fancy extra little features. Multiple bugs in the code have been fixed, security updates have been applied, and the forums are due for a much needed restructure.

This requires many of the forum's files to be replaced and some work on the database needs to take place.

Yes, but as long as us Americans get to view it thats all that matters. Also if you use hotspot shield you can view hulu outside of the US.
