It's really not as if Trackr was a bad site. It wasn't. I enjoyed writing previews and reviews and wish you'd implement that feature over here if you ever convert these forums into a more general gaming forum. Maybe port them over here? I'd love to keep writing reviews.

However, these forums have just been what many of us have called home for 2-4 years now. It's hard to just dramatically switch from this to that. It just didn't have the same feel that these forums do.

I thank you for everything you've done and everything you continue to do. It's not necessary to do any of this, and yet you do it. So, for that, thank you.

I really liked the country flags from trackr tbh

The new live feature is pretty cool. Is there a way to create an 'in-site' chat room maybe? I know it seems kind of stupid considering we have the chat threads, but just throwing out ideas. Maybe a game room for simple flash games we can play with each other? That might be overkill...But would be a neat feature.

This site is quite extraordinary and I've found myself encompassed by it at times, which is why I've tried to reduce the amount of time I'm on here. I get sidetracked a lot and am quite the procrastinator. Even this very moment I should be outside working and it's almost 4 o'clock...

ya thats kinda what i meant. IRC is the chat client BF2s uses right?

Irc is not quite an IM, it's a protocol and there are many clients that you can use to connect to IRC networks and so on to channels.

That's how it has been and #bf2s has been just about dead for the last 6 months at least. An embedded client would just make it easier for people to get in and thus possibly make #bf2s a fun place again.

Wiki kinda fails in some areas. I noticed a lot of mistakes on the BF2 sections, but who the fuck cares anymore right? lol

One thing I liked at trackr was the national flags by each user.


All in all, it was a good effort, and we were excited for it at first. But it was just too hard to leave bf2s. Good job, good effort, and

Only from you, really.... tbh, especially when you can set it yourself, it's no more then a fancy version of the 'from' field...
