It's not lying to you. Techincally, GFX memory is memory, so techincally it support 4GB of Memory. It doesn't support 4GB of DDR/DDR2/DDR3 RAM, fine, but it supports 4GB. So yeah, Vista 32 bit is a bitch and everyone hates it for it's lying and deceit. But frankly, that leads us nowhere on this topic.

Using that logic my vista would show 4.5 gig of memory.

What? I just said it support max of 4GB of memory, and when I say that, I don't mean what it tells you in the Windows Experience or details control panel, when it says "4GB", I mean you use a program to tell you how much RAM it's actually using, (CPU-Z), even CCleaner.
