Just out of curiosity, can anyone explain the game mechanics dragshots exploit? I've seen how the shots are performed, and I'd like to know why they work.
Thanks
Thanks

I used the word exploit in the sense of "utilizing" something, not like a "game exploit" e.g. cheat.Ataronchronon wrote:
They aren't an exploit.

Thanks. So, if it's not taking advantage of any game mechanics, then what's the difference between dragshooting and just shooting where you think will hit? Seems to me the dragging motion is redundant in this case. Sounds a lot like a placebo effect.H3RB4L ABU53 wrote:

Gotcha. That makes senseLucien wrote:
If you dragshot, you don't have to stop your mouse. You can click the instant your crosshair goes over the enemy, while with 'regular' shots you stop moving your mouse before shooting. With a dragshot there is one less thing to fuck up.
If you believe that being skilled at something is down to whether or not you "have it", then enjoy never being good at anything.TopSoulMan wrote:
Some people have a distinct ability to slow down time in crucial situations. I think it is called "clutch".... If you can't understand it, then obviously you don't have it. I sure don't.
True in one respect, however... Heard of the term "Natural Ability"?Lucien wrote:

There is no natural ability or talent for playing a videogame, neither is there one for say, playing a piano, or running a business, or any other skill invented by mankind.tazz. wrote:

I bet you there are people better than you at soccer. Perhaps Christiano Ronaldo??? He possesses unique skills that were naturally born to him as well as developed by training. Same thing with Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, or Tiger Woods.Lucien wrote:

I can't jump high enough to dunk a basketball. I also can't hit a golf ball within three feet of the hole.
You aren't good at everything.......
