For my health class I'm doing my "Quality of life project" as trying out a healthy lifestyle. Now I was planning to go cold turkey but realized I'd probably give in too easily. So I wanted to try doing something new each week, adding on one at a time. For example for the first week I'm just going to try sleeping at least 8 hours a day. Say I wanted to write how much time I slept for the first week. The next week I would sleep for at least eight hours a day and quit drinking soft drinks and other sugary beverages. Get the idea? Anyway further on I'd want to document each day's progress with some more in depth stuff, maybe even what I ate that day. Is there anything cool i could use to say...document this and then present it at the end of the semester?
