BF2S Forums Does Battlefield 2 recognize SLI/CrossfireX with today's latest GPU's?

Battlefield 2 came out in 2005, back in the era of DX9 and the AGP graphics cards. Will Battlefield 2 utilize SLI/CrossfireX of today's powerful DX10 GPU's? Such as the Radeon HD 4000 series, and the GeForce 8000/9000/GTX200 series? Does BF2 make use of multi-core processors? Or does the game data only run on a single core?
