Alright I have actually 2,736 points and my rank doesnt change to sergeant!!! what the heck is that?

Try going into a match and scoring a few points, thats what happened to me. Then I got the rank.

I did that for like 2 hours and i earned like a bronze and silver medals....but my rank didnt changed

is it a glitch or something? or i forgot to get a certain badge or ribbon?

No idea, keep trying though... Maybe its a problem with EA patching the servers at the moment.

It takes a while sometimes to actually get the badge or rank after you've gotten the points. Just keep playing; you'll get it eventually.
